Ashley Wood Golf Club in Dorset has presented SSAFA with a fantastic cheque after a year of fundraising.
Three lads set off on the adventure of a lifetime in a beaten up 1958 Morris Oxford, called Ely, with a wonky list of destinations.
Spectacular Hereford Cathedral, home to the Hereford Mappa Mundi, was the grand setting for a charitable concert to raise vital funds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity and The Samaritans.
SSAFA hosts an annual London Christmas Carol Concert for supporters. This year it was held at the stunning Guards’ Chapel at Wellington Barracks and has already raised more than £200,000.
