Live ChatThe Royal Homes are self-contained flats, with their own entrances, fitted bathrooms and kitchens.

All flats are unfurnished but do come with a fitted kitchen or kitchenette and built in cupboards.
Utilities and maintenance
Flats are supplies with central heating and hot water. The cost of utilities is included in the monthly standard maintenance charge. Electricity, telephone, broadband and council tax are the responsibility of the individual.
The Royal Homes are responsible for all repair, decoration and maintenance.
The flats are located in 10 separate blocks. Six blocks have lifts and four blocks have stairlifts. Flats with two bedrooms are located in the blocks with stairlifts.
Communal Areas
We have a well-equipped common room at the Homes often used for private and communal functions.
Visitor Rooms
There are four reasonably priced guest rooms that residents may use for visitors. Please enquire before visiting to arrange a reservation.
